Swati Sahai

Swati Sahai is the director of Technoscribe.in, a company she started in 2006. She has a career spanning around 13 years, in the areas of technical writing, instructional designing, software development, and project management. Swati started her career as a Technical Writer in an e-learning company and contributed towards development of various technical courses for Gartner Group Learning (GGL), the erstwhile e-learning division of the Gartner group. Swati was one of the first few Technical Writers recruited by Ericsson India in 1999.
